CAUSE No. 222 OF 2019 By Nyongesa Ndege Sindani, of P.O. Box 550-50200, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndege Sindani Nabibia alias Ndege Sindani, who died at Siritanyi, on 24th October, 1979.
