TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No.114 OF 2019 By (1) Hudson Haggai Khuyira, (2) Festus Wanyanga Khuyira and (3) Rael Sheunda Wanjawa, all of P.O. Box 14, Shianda in Kenya, the deceased's sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Khuyira, late of Eluche, who died there on 5th February, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
