CAUSE No. 78 OF 2019 By (1) Dominc Gitau Wainaina and (2) Norman Waithaka King'ara, both of P.O. Box 474, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Karundu Wainaina, who died at Kihingo, Riabai, on 12th July, 2011. CAUSE No.122 OF 2019 By Hannah Wambui Njoki, of P.O. Box 105416-00100, Nairobi in 'Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Virginia Njoki Njoroge, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 21st March, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
