TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE N0.79 OF 2017 By (1) Susan Njambi Irungu and (2) Beth Wanjiru Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 5890-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Nyambura Mwangi, who died at District Hospital, 01 Kalou in Kenya, on 17th January, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
