TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 843 OF 2018 By Nancy Wanjiru Kimani, of P.O. Box 367-10200, Murang'a in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Kimani Ndungo, who died at Nairobi Women's Hospital in Kenya, on 10th September, 2017. CAUSE No. 844 OF 2018 By George Mungai Karua, of P.O. Box 63, Saba Saba in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bemard Karua Wainaina, who died at Kaharati, on 7th September, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
