TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 23 OF 2019 By Robert Mulwa Mumo, of P.O Box 1, Kitui, the deceased's stepson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wamuingo Mumo, who died at Kalimani Location, on 1st July, 1971. CAUSE No. 24 OF 2019 By Martha Justus Kilonzi and Charles Kilonzi, of P.O. Box 1, Kitui in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justus Kilonzi Mutinda, who died at Athi River Shalom Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd August, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of thl notice in the Kenya Gazette.
