TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 84 OF 2018 By (1) Grishon Odupoi Lurukoyo, (2) Solomon Lemushele Tompoi and (3) Jackson Sitonik Lorkoyo, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sarkanyet ole Tompoi alias Sarkanyet ole Tomboi alias Sarkanyet Tomboi, who died at Empatipat, on 12th July, 2003. CAUSE No. 4 OF 2019 By Daniel Kaiseyie Punyua, the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Florence Yiantet Punyua, who died at Nairobi, on 8th April, 2016. CAUSE No.16 OF 2019 By Rajabali Habibi Ali, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salim Habib Ali alias Salim Habibali, who died at Royal Infirmary, Leicester, on 25th October, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
