TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 18 OF 2019 By (1) Naomi Njoki Kamau and (2) George Kago Kamau, both of P.O. Box 510-00216, Githunguri in Kenya; the deceased's widow and son, respectively, fora grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kamau Kago, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 25th April, 2012. CAUSE No. 20 OF 2019 By (1) Jane VVamuguru Gichure, (2) Jeremy Wanyoike Machagua and (3) Angela Wanjiru Machagua, all of P.O. Box 12358-00400, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Machagua Wanyoike, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 27th December, 2016. Box 115, Ngewa in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geofrey Gatata Thuo alias G. Gatata Thuo alias G. Gatata Thuu alias Geoffrey Gatata Thuo, who died at Kimathi, Miathathia, Githunguri, on 30th September, 2011. CAUSE No. 29 OF 2019 By (1) Verohicah Wanjiku Gachii and (2) Michael Waweru Gachie, both of P.O. Box 111, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gachie Kibue, late of Komothai Location, who died at District Hospital, Kiambu in Kenya, on 1st November, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
