TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 15 OF 2019 By (1) Charles Kiarie Mburu and (2) John Ngugi Mburu, both of P.O. Box 515-00614, Wangige in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elija Mburu Wallace Ngugi alias Elijah Mburu Wallace Ngugi, who died at Nyathuna, on 18th June, 2018. CAUSE No. 63 OF 2019 By Serah Kabura Mbeke, of P.O. Box 120-00217, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Wanyoike Kungu, who died at Tigoni Hospital in Kenya, on 24th November, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
