TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 511 OF 2017 By Joseph. Makokha Nashali, of P.O. Box 463, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Nashali Akondo alias Gabriel Nashali, who died at Buchifi, on 14th September, 1973. CAUSE No. 507 OF 2018 By Pascalia Nafula Chapiri, of P.O. Box 901, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chapiri Munyang'anyi Lusweti alias Chapiri Munyanganyi, who died at Namarnali, on 1st July, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
