TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 2 OF 2019 By (1) Gregory Esimit Kiyonga and (2) Kern Kiyonga Lokek, both of P.O. Box 1, Lokitaung in Kenya, the deceased's brother and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Nyeree Kiyonga, who died at District Hospital, Lokitaung in Kenya, on 17th May, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
