TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: • CAUSE No. 13 OF 2017 By Chengo Katsole alias Chengo Iha Nyundo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katsole Kazuri, who died on 30th May, 1995. CAUSE No. 23 OF 2019 By (1) Kazungu Mwarua Ndoro and (2) James Kazungu Mwarua, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwarua Ndoro Gonah, who died on 5th September, 2001. CAUSE No. 26 OF 2018 By (1) Harrison Yaa Kidende and (2) Kalume Yaa Kidende, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karisa Kidende Randu, who died on 30th November, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
