TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 30 OF 2019 By Benard Odhiambo Oduor, of P.O. Box 7861, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petro Oduor Oweda, who died at Bar Olengo Sub-location, on 1st August, 2004. CAUSE NO. 109 OF 2019 By Charles Otieno Rading, of P.O. Box 126-40635, Sigomere in the Republic of Kenya, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Siara Abiya alias Siara Abia, who died at Malanga, on 14th August, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
