TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 274 OF 2018 By Mary Awuor Opondo, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Oganga Okwiri, who died on 12th October, 2012. CAUSE No. 275 OF 2018 By Aloice Otieno Onyango, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucas Onyango Opoya, who died on 15th January, 2011. CAUSE No. 5 OF 2019 By (I) Beatrice Akinyi Rakuju and (2) Otieno Awili Rakuju, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Awili Rakuju, who died at Masumbi, on 12th June, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
