CAUSE No. 16 OF 2019 By Richard Otieno Mbewa, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rosalina Owiti Ndede alias Rusalina Owiti Ndede, who died on 2nd July, 1994.
