NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 16th Janaury, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1043, in Volume DI, Folio 93/1337, File No. MMXIX, by our client, Abdifatah Mohamed Abdi Muhumed, formerly known as Mohamed Abdi Muhumed, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mohamed Abdi Muhumed and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abdifatah Mohamed Abdi Muhumed, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Abdifatah Mohamed Abdi Muhumed only.
