TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 24 OF 0 17 By (1) Said Nassir Said and (2) Zainab Nassir Said, both of P.O. Box 89440-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nassir Said Ali Mandhry, who died at Mombasa, on 18th February, 2004. CAUSE No. 44 OF 2018 By Miten Ajit Dutia, of P.O. Box 98544-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ajitsingh Gokaldas Dutia, who died at Pandyá Hospital in Kenya, on 27th June, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
