TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 46 OF 2019 By (1) Lilian Awuor Odera and (2) George Odhiambo Osewo, the deceased's daughter-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Magarita Kadule Auma alias Margaret Kathure Auma, who died at Konya Sub-location, on 4th September, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue, the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in' the Kenya Gazette.
