WHEREAS Jonathafi Nzioka Nzoka alias Nzioka Nzoka (deceased), of P.O. Box 205-90101, Machakos in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 1.5, 0.5 and 0.5 hectare or thereabouts, known as Mwala/Mango/73/54 and 15, respectively, situate in the district.of Machakos, and whereas the High Court at Machakos in sucession cause No. 91 of 2015 has issued a grant of letters of administration and confirmation of grant to Priscilla Ndunge Nzioka, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deeds issued thereof by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said land title deeds and issue land title deeds to the said Priscilla Ndunge Nzioka, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Jonathan Nzioka Nzoka alias Nzioka Nzoka (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
