REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Thomas Esemer Siva, of P.O. Box 83, Wodanga in the Republic of Keiya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.65 hectare or thereabout, registered under title No. North Maragoli/Chavakali/959, Situate in Sabatia district, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is giveh that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been feceived within that period.
