REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Francis Ngugi Wathoke (ID/718583), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Ruiru Eastljuja East BLK 2/T.6603, situate in the district of Thika, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another land register and the missing land register shall be deemed of no effect.
