WHEREAS Phoebe Akaviti Saul, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as IvetitMungalal1686, and whereas the chief magistrate's court at Machakos in succession case No. 110 of 2007, has ordered the cancellation of the said title deed and revert ownership to Dominic Kioko Ngundo, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I-shall cancel the said title and issue a new one to Dominic Kioko Ngundo.
