NOTICE is given that pursuant to section, 20 (, (7) and (8) of the Crops Act, the Agriculture and Food Authority proposes to grant licences to the following applicants; Name of Applicant Purpose of Licence Location, County Evimera 2019 Importer of walnuts, Thika Road, Nairobi. Limited cashew nuts, hazel nuts and macadamia nuts Amor Koko Kenya Processor of virgin Talab EPZ, Kilifi EPZ Limited coconut oil and desiccated East Africa Sea Importer of cashew nuts Enterprise Road, Food Limited Nairobi Any objections to the proposed grant of licences with respect to the applicants, should be lodged in writing with the Agriculture and Food Authority, Nuts and Oil Crops Directorate, NSSF Building, 6th Floor,. Nkurumah Road, and P.O. Box 84351-80100, Mombasa, within fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice. The objection should State clearly the name, address and telephone number of the person/s or, entity objecting, the reasons for the objection to the grant of the licence and should be signed by the objector. The Agriculture and Food Authority proposes to issue the licence to the applicants who will have complied with the Crops Adt, 2013, the Kenya Coconut Development Authority Order (UN No.' 165 of 2007) and Horticultural Crops Development Authority Order (L/N No. 190 of 2011), and any other relevant written law on 15th June, 2019.
