Pursuant to Regulation 21 of the Environmental Mnagement and Co-ordination (Impact Assessment and Audit) Regulations, 2003, the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) has received an Environmental Impact Assessment Study Report for the above proposed project. The proponent, Kings Serenity Limited, is proposing to develop lONo. blocks comprising 720No. two (2) bedroom flats. There will be five floors (four floors plus the ground floor). Other features will comprise of a driveway, parking -lots, water supply and electricity supply among other ssociated facilities and amenities on plot L.R. No. 52124 in Rongai, Kajiado County. The proponent, Wilma Court Limited, is proposing to develop one block with 2No. identical towers apartments comprising of 17No. apartment floors on each tower connecting from a common ground floor with three basement floors. The 3No. basement floors will comprise of 38No., 47No. and 50No. parking lots, car ramps, 3No. lifts and 3No. service rooms for each tower, The ground floor will comprise of 6No. two bedroom apartments, gym, swimming pool, steam, sauna, management office, children playing area, guard house , among other facilities and amenities. Tower one and two will comprise of 9ONo. one bedroon units and 30No. two bedroom units each. This totals to 246No. apartments. Both roofs will have a 4500L water tank and a bump booster, there also will be a 280,000 L underground tank and other associated facilities and amenities on plot L.R.
