WHEREAS• Rose Boit, of P.O. Box 5499-0056, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of all that piece of land known as L. R.. No. 27257/8, situani in Mavoko Municipality in the district of Machakos, by virtue of a provincial certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said prdvincial certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
