REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Teresa Wacheke Kimoyo alias Teresia Wacheke Kimoyo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.11 hectare or thereabouts, known as Dagoretti/Waithaka/666, situate in the County of Nairobi, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause No. 1557 of 2014, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Patrick Njena Kimoyo and (2) Elizabeth Njeri Njenga, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R. L. 19 in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the said land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the application to be registered as proprietor by trasimission R. L. 19 in favour of Terçsa Wacheke Kimoyo alias Teresia Wacheke Kimoyo (deceased), and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
