THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Nganga Kago (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.085 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kiambu, known as Githunguri/Ghiga/2 197, and whereas the chief magistrate's court at Kiambu in succession cause No. 222 of 2011, has issued grant letters of administration to (1) Paul Mbugua Kago and (2) Mary Wanjiku Kago, and whereas the said land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of R. L. 19 and R. L. 7 and issue land title deed to the said (1) Paul Mbugua Kago and (2) Mary Wanjiku Kago, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said John Nganga Kago (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
