REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Harun Gacaaga alias Harun Kabutu Gachanja (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kirinyaga, known as MwerualKagioini/1 13, and whereas the senior principal magistrate's court at Baricho in succession cause No. 41 of 2018, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (I) Agnes Nditi Mama and (2) Philip Irungu Mama, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and surrendered to the land register for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, F intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to (I) Agnes Nditi Mama and (2) Philip Irungu Mama, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Harun Gacaaga alias Harun Kabutu Gachanja (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
