TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 36 OF 2018. By (1) Cherotich Mugun, (2) Samson Kibet Rono and (3) James Kipkosgei Rono, all of P.O. Box 567-30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepkulul arap Mugun, who died on 12th March, 2013.. CAUSE No. 44 OF 2018 By (1) Penis Khamuye Kiwanuka and (2) Mary Njoki Gatirima, both of P.O. Box 16606-00620, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Achellis Kiwanuka Imbachira, late of Chokaa, Njiru, who died there on 1st July, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
