TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 803 OF 2018 By (1) Pamela Atieno Ngune and (2) Selestine Akinyi Adanya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Odanya Onduu alias Joseph Odanya Ondu, who died on 5th November, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. By Hosea Livingstone Akoko, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Livingstone Etale, who died on 19th April, 2009. CAUSE No. 767 OF 2018 By Anjelina Adongo Ondu, of P.O. Box 87, Paw Akuche in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Ondu Okore alias Ondu Okore, who died on 4th March, 2007. CAUSE No. 781 OF 2018 By Andrea Omedo Owala, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sylfanus Owala Onduru alias Owala Onduru, who died at Konyango, Kanyawegi Sub-location, on 3rd August, 1990. CAUSE No. 53 OF 2019 By Joseph Odhiambo Nyitong, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joanes Nyitong Osanjo alias Nyitong Ojanjo, who died at Kit Mikayi, on 6th April, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
