TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 18 OF 2019 By (1) Hannah Wanjiru Mwago and (2) Fredrick Waniga Kibuthu, both of P.O. Box 601-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hannah Wanjiku Kibuthu, who died at District Hospital, Kiambu in Kenya, on 15th October, 2003. CAUSE No. 93 OF 2019 By (1) Peter Karega Kariuki, (2) John Kinyua Kariuki and (3) Margaret Nyakio Kariuki, all of P.O. Box 67887-00200, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased's sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Damaris Gakunga Kariuki, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd October, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
