CAUSE No. 105 OF 2019 By Margaret Wambui Wahinya, of P.O. Box 3268, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of adnlinistration intestate to the estate of Wahinya Kiganya alias Wahinya Kiganga B, who died at Kimoson Sub-location, on 23rd December, 1997.
