TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made In this court in; CAUSE NO. 173 OP 2019 By Paul Wanyama Nabiswa, through Messrs, Makokha Wattanga Luyali Associates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanyama Nabiswa Kondoa, who died West angalo, tin 15th Pebruary, 1998. CAUSE NO. 174 OF 2019 By Leah Naliaka Khaemba, of P.O. Box 158-50200, Bungoma in Kenya, through Messrs. Makokha Wattanga & Luyali Associates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Wanyama Kulalu, who died at West Sang'alo, on 20th December, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
