TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 625 OF 2018 By (1) Charles Kiriment Masimba, (2) Estefania Bundi Nchoroko and (3) Charles Ondicho Maim, all of P.O. Box 612-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's nephews, a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Moindi Onuko and (2) Clementh Onyiengo Masese, who died at Bokingoina Sub-location, on 1st January, 1975 and 30th August, 2003, respectively. CAUSE NO. 142 OF 2019 By Pius Nyangaresi Arika, the deceased's son, a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abuga Omaanya alias Lazarus Abuga Omaanya, who died at Boronyi Sub-location, on 10th August, 1976. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
