TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 301 OF 2018 By Sailas Agani Agesa, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timateo Kisiavuki Chunguli alias Lugadi Chunguli, who died at Chamakanga Sub-location, on 8th November, 2000. CAUSE No. 22 OF 2019 By Ebby Muhemo Ayodi, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Ayodi Otwere, who died at Kegoye Sub-location, on 24th December, 2018. CAust, No. 18 OF 2019 By (1) Nduva Mwandau Mua and (2) Onesmus Muoki Nduva, both of P.O. Box 94, Nduva, Matiliku in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mukethe Mwandau, who died at Nzaui. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
