Box 1215, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Munialo Kiberenge, who died at District Hospital, Webuye in Kenya, on 11th October, 2015. CAUSE No. 52 OF 2018 By Geoffrey Mwami Mayama, of P.O. Box 510, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Moraa Mwami, who died at Sitikho Location, on 1st November, 2015. Box 58, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Masibo Mwangale, who died at Friends Lugulu Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 17th January, 2018. CAUSE No. 5 OF 2019 By (1) Alice Wamalwa Tanai, (2) Emmanuel Maloba Shiundu and (3) Evans Sifuna, all of P.O. Box 544, Webuye in Kenya, the deceased's widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mukasa Musa Shiundu, who died at Milo Sub- location, Bungoma, on 13th May, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
