Bor, (2) Robert Sitienei, (3) Gabriel Kichirchir Tarus and (4) Charles Kiplangat Bor, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kibor Cheboriot alias Gibor s/o arap Chemitan, who died at District Hospital, Eldoret in Kenya, on 7th August, 1990.
