TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 401 OF 2018 By Humphrey Onyango Oria, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Oria Ongoro, who died at Mundaha Sub-location, in 2009. CAUSE No. 17 OF 2019 By Makanga Chitayi Osore, the deceased's brother-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joyce Rose Nyangweso, who died at Shitsitswi, in 2005. CAUSE No. 18 OF 2019 By (1) Meshack Makachia Beti and (2) John Eshitubi Betty, both of P.O. Box 45, Lunza in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harrison Peti Asumwa alias Asumwa Ashioya, who died at Shitari, on 13th February, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
