TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 258 OF 2017 By George Ooko Ohito, of P.O. Box 275, Butula in Kenya, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omolo Okoyo Otaye alias Omolo Okoyo, who died at Kathieno "B", on 12th August, 1990. CAUSE No. 172 OF 2018 By Levis Otieno Ajik, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters pf administration intestate to the estate of (1) Joseph Ajik Atieno, (2) Martin Oduor Opilo and (3) Antony Ogaga Opilo, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 27th January, 2006, Umala on the Ath April, 1998 and Ambira on the 14th November, 2007, respectively. CAUSE No. 192 OF 2018 By (1) Hellen Atieno Owino and (2) Yunis Anyango Otieno, both of P.O. Box 125, Rangala in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and daughter- in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joash Owino Odera, who died at Sagam Community Hospital in Kenya, on 30th November, 2016. CAUSE No. 204 OF 2018 By Samson Ogutu Odeuori, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ismael Muhere Waidhiha, who died at Nyadorera "B", on 4th September, 1989. CAUSE No. 224 OF 2018 By Jenifa Anyango Otieno, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Otieno Owiso, who died at Umala, on 7th February, 2003. CAUSE No. 7 OF 2019 By (1) Fredrick Ndonga Olualu and (2) Alphonce Otieno Omondi, both of P.O. Box 65, Ugunja in Kenya, the deceased's son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julia Auma Olwalu, who died on 1st August, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
