CAUSE No. 3 OF 2019 By Emily Mbinya Mbevo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard G. K. Mbevo, who died at Kavuko, on 12th June, 2017. CAUSE NO. 6 OF 2019 By Mirriam Kamene Mutuku, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Mutuku Mutua, who died at Our Lady Hospice, Thigi in Kenya, on 18th July, 2017.
