REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Maritha Odero Ochanjo, of P.O. Box 1292, Kisumu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 10.69, 4.1, 4.1, 4.1, 3.9 and 0.4 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kisumu, registered under title Nos. Kisumu Koru/1023, 1026, 1027, 1029, 1031, 1032 and 365, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land registers (green cards) in respect of the said parcel of land have been lost/misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open new green cards provided that no objection has been received within that period.
