REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Priscilla Nduta Kariuki, of P.O. Box 61001-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1052 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Dagoretti/Ruthimitu/T. 149, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the file of the said piece of land is lost/missing, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct the white and green cards provided that no objection has been received within that period.
