REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Seth Okech (ID/14666409), of P.O. Box 1779, Kisumu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kisumu, registered under title No. Kisumu/Kanyakwar "B"/674, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to open anotherland register provided that no objection has been received within that period and upon such -opening the said missing land register shall be deemed to have no effect.
