WHEREAS Rebecca Gathoni Muchuki (ID/13622091), of P.O. Box 1695-20117, Naivasha in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0460 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Naivasha, registered under title No. Naivasha/Mwichiringiri Block 4/11667 (Mirera), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
