APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS, by an appointment order dated 10th October, 2015 the Commissioner for Co-operative Development appointed Stephen Wambugu Kamau, Chief Co-operative Officer, of P.O. Box 40811, Nairobi, to be the liquidator for Boulevard Hotel Sacco Society Limited (CS/3585) (in liquidation) for a period not exceeding one (1) year and whereas the said Stephen Wambugu Kamau has not been able to complete the liquidation, NOW THEREFORE, I extend the period of the liquidation with effect from 21st November, 2018 for another period not exceeding one (1) year for the said Stephen Wambugu Kamau, Chief Co- operative Officer, of P.O. Box 40811, Nairobi, to act as the liquidator in the matter of the said Co-operative Society. Dated the 21st November, 2018. MARY N.
