TRANSFER

NOTICE is given pursuant to section 2 of the Transfer of Businesses Act, that Wide Shoe Limited, of P.O. Box 17080-00100, Nairobi (the Transferor) carrying on business activity of shoes retail trading (the business) under the name Wide Shoe Limited at Hurlingham Court, 1st Floor, Hub, Karen, Ground Floor, Junction Mall, ground Floor, Two Rivers Mall, 1st Floor, Garden City Mall, all in Nairobi and at Nyali Centre, Ground Floor, Mombasa, has agreed to transfer part of its business comprising of stores and all goods therein at the Hub Karen, Junction Mall and Hurlingham Court to Heel2toe Limited, of P.O. Box 18950-00100, Nairobi (the Transferee). The transfer took place on the 1st September, 2018. The Transferee intends to carry on the business- at the same location of the Hub Karen, Junction Mall and Hurlingham Court under the name Heel to Toe Limited. Heat • Shielding surfaces.
