REGISTRATION

NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of section 6 and 7 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38) to Geoffrey Kiama, of P.O. Box 5292-00506, Nairobi, the owner of motor vehicle' registration No. KAE 868B, Nissan UD (nyati) to take delivery of the said motor vehicle which is currently lying at Dalip Engineering Limited Garage situated at Athi River, of P.O. Box 459-00600, Nairobi, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of all accumulated storage charges, repair charges together with the cost of the publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the said motor vehicle will be disposed by way of public auction without further notice and the proceeds therefrom will be utilized to defray all accrued charges..
