NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 25th October, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 268, in Volume B-13, Folio 1903/14139, File No. 1637, by our client, Max Murithi, of P.O. Box 2519-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Gladiel Kathurima Murithi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Gladiel Kathurima Murithi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Max Murithi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate describe and address him by his assumed name Max Murithi only.
