THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nyaga Munengere (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land known as Nthawa/Riandu/3030, 3031, 3032 and 3033, situate in the district of Mbeere, whereas the High Court of Kenya at Embu in succession cause No. 188 of 2015, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation to Shadrack Ngari Nyaga, and whereas the court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R. L. 19 in respect of the said parcel of land registered in the name of Nyaga Munengere (deceased), and whereas the land title deed of the said piece of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R. L. 19 in the name of Shadrack Ngari Nyaga, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nyaga Munengere (deceased), hall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
