REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jeremiah Mutuaruhiu Muchiri (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Tigithi/Matanya Block 12/505, situate in the district THE KENYA GAZETTE 25th January, 2019 154 154 of Laikipia, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri in succession cause No. 234 of 2005, has issued grant in favour of Peris Wanjiku Mutuaruhiu, and whereas the court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R. L. 19, and whereas the land title deed of the said piece of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R. L. 19 in the name of Peris Wanjiku Mutuaruhiu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jeremiah Mutuaruhiu Muchiri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
